Freiburg to Zurich Airport (ZRH) by private limousine.
For Freiburg im Breisgau to Zurich, confirm the collection entrance and a contact who can reach the car with the luggage. If sightseeing ends at a different place from the hotel, include the luggage stop. State Zurich city or ZRH clearly and provide the flight details for an airport return.
The detail that matters for this route
Specify Freiburg im Breisgau, Germany, to avoid confusion with Swiss Fribourg.
The right city on every confirmation
Freiburg and Fribourg are easy to confuse in an international itinerary. Use the German city’s full name, country and postcode when sharing hotel or meeting details. Check the same information in the transport offer before accepting it, especially when an assistant or event organiser is arranging travel on behalf of other passengers.
Historic-centre accommodation
Ask the hotel where a private vehicle should deliver guests rather than assuming the pedestrian-facing entrance is the car entrance. Explain if passengers need a short walking distance or help with bags so the team can review the handover. A sightseeing appointment, restaurant stop or different return meeting point should be named separately.
A Zurich connection around the visit
If you are visiting from Zurich for the day, state how long the visit is expected to last and whether you want the chauffeur retained. An independently scheduled return may be more appropriate for a longer stay. Airport-bound travellers should provide flight information and include any shopping, luggage retrieval or other stop before the international departure.
Your arrival in Zurich
Share the departing flight and your airline’s airport-arrival requirement. The team can review the collection with the full road journey, loading and planned stops in mind. A driving-time estimate is not a guaranteed airport arrival.
A limousine suited to the itinerary
Request an E-Class, S-Class, Maybach or another preferred category for your journey. For a larger party or substantial luggage, discuss a V-Class or Sprinter. List long sports bags, strollers and any child-seat requirements separately. The team confirms the actual vehicle and luggage fit with the written quotation; photographs show a category, not a guaranteed model.

This itinerary connects Zurich with Freiburg in Germany. Include breaks, additional addresses and any overnight or waiting requirements before requesting a price. Travellers should check their own travel-document requirements for the journey. The offer should state the agreed itinerary and included costs; no fixed fare or travel duration is assumed here.
Return to Zurich, or arrange the outward journey
A same-day return with a waiting chauffeur is different from two separate one-way transfers. Provide the date and time for each leg, explain how long you expect to stay and ask the team to confirm the arrangement. If an appointment changes, contact the team before travelling so the itinerary can be reviewed.
Zurich Airport (ZRH) to Freiburg by limousine →Before confirming your limousine
Send both addresses, travel date, preferred pickup time, group size and luggage list. Add flight information where relevant, any intermediate stops and your preferred vehicle. Airportcab reviews availability and the fare before issuing the written offer. Submitting the enquiry does not itself confirm a reservation.
