Your pickup in Affoltern am Albis
Use a full street address or the exact hotel entrance in Affoltern am Albis, Switzerland. A town name identifies the area, but the final meeting point, access instructions and luggage requirements should be included before the journey is confirmed.
Location coordinates: 47.2774°, 8.4513°. Approximate terrain elevation: 496 m. Geographic reference: GeoNames.
A precise address in the Zurich region
Short local journeys still depend on the final address. Affoltern am Albis must not be shortened to a name that could point to another district. Include street, number and postcode, plus the host’s building or reception instructions. If several colleagues are travelling together, nominate one entrance where everyone can assemble rather than asking the chauffeur to locate individual offices on arrival.
Combining an appointment with Zurich travel
A business meeting in Affoltern am Albis can be the first or last stop of a Zurich-based day. Set out the order of appointments and identify the fixed deadline. A chauffeur retained between meetings is a different request from a one-way transfer, even when the locations appear close on a map. Provide an expected finish time and agree how any overrun will be handled.
Home collections and family luggage
For a residential pickup, make sure the car can be met at the stated entrance and mention any steps between the door and road. Describe child-seat needs by the children’s ages, and list strollers separately from suitcases. If relatives join at another address, include the additional pickup before accepting a quotation so the departure for Zurich Airport includes the whole household.
