Your pickup in Bologna
Use a full street address or the exact hotel entrance in Bologna, Italy. A town name identifies the area, but the final meeting point, access instructions and luggage requirements should be included before the journey is confirmed.
Location coordinates: 44.4938°, 11.3387°. Approximate terrain elevation: 71 m. Geographic reference: GeoNames.
Historic-centre arrival instructions
Bologna’s official visitor information describes a restricted traffic zone in the historic centre and arrangements involving hotels. Ask your accommodation to confirm the current approach and any vehicle-registration procedure that applies to your stay. The transport offer should name the agreed handover point; booking a limousine does not itself grant access to restricted streets.
Business travel beyond the hotel
If the visit includes a trade fair, office or dinner, specify each venue and the expected finish time. An intercity transfer from Zurich is different from retaining a chauffeur through a full Bologna programme. List the services you need in sequence so waiting, extra journeys and an eventual return to Zurich can be reviewed together.
Comfort on a longer journey
Describe the passenger group and luggage, including presentation materials or exhibition cases. Discuss appropriate breaks and whether the itinerary needs an overnight arrangement rather than an immediate return. For a flight out of ZRH, ask the team to review the complete plan before committing to a collection time; a best-case drive is not an airport-arrival guarantee.
