Your pickup in Bregenz
Use a full street address or the exact hotel entrance in Bregenz, Austria. A town name identifies the area, but the final meeting point, access instructions and luggage requirements should be included before the journey is confirmed.

An evening beside Lake Constance
For an event visit from Zurich, organise the transport around the actual ticketed venue and date. Send any organiser-provided vehicle instructions to the booking team. The limousine service does not include event admission or special access. If dinner precedes the performance, list the restaurant and venue as separate stops; they should not be left as an assumed addition to a hotel transfer.
After the performance
The departure plan should say where the group meets after leaving the venue and how they will recognise the agreed collection location. Avoid making all passengers separately contact the chauffeur. A single coordinator can confirm when everyone is together. If the evening programme changes, ask the team to review the return arrangement; waiting and a later departure should be addressed through the agreed service terms.
Hotel stays and the Zurich return
An overnight Bregenz stay may make the return a different service on another date. Provide the hotel entrance, luggage count and Zurich endpoint for that journey. If some guests return to Zurich city while others go to the airport, list both destinations in the intended order. The quotation should identify the complete drop-off plan rather than treating the word Zurich as one interchangeable address.
