Your pickup in Flims
Use a full street address or the exact hotel entrance in Flims, Switzerland. A town name identifies the area, but the final meeting point, access instructions and luggage requirements should be included before the journey is confirmed.
Location coordinates: 46.8370°, 9.2846°. Approximate terrain elevation: 1085 m. Geographic reference: GeoNames.
A resort name is not a chalet entrance
Properties in and around Flims may use different reception and apartment addresses. Copy the instructions from your host and confirm where guests and bags should arrive. If the accommodation is not immediately accessible to the requested vehicle, discuss the agreed handover point with the property and team before travel rather than assuming driveway access.
Ski and cycling luggage
A full group with sports equipment can require more space than its passenger count suggests. Give the number and dimensions of ski bags, bike cases or other bulky items, and say whether equipment is rented locally. The team confirms the vehicle and loading arrangement; an illustrated van or minibus does not by itself guarantee that every equipment combination fits.
A relaxed final morning
The return to Zurich should begin after packing, rental returns and any outstanding accommodation procedure. A final activity can be included in the day, but the pickup must follow the time when everyone can reach the vehicle. For an airport return, share the flight and let the team assess the mountain road stage and planned stops together.
