Your pickup in Friedrichshafen
Use a full street address or the exact hotel entrance in Friedrichshafen, Germany. A town name identifies the area, but the final meeting point, access instructions and luggage requirements should be included before the journey is confirmed.
Location coordinates: 47.6569°, 9.4755°. Approximate terrain elevation: 405 m. Geographic reference: GeoNames.
Business travel with equipment
Exhibitions and corporate visits may involve display cases, samples or larger bags than an ordinary hotel stay. Give their dimensions and weight where relevant before choosing the vehicle. Confirm the organiser’s passenger drop-off instructions and keep delivery or freight arrangements separate; a chauffeur booking does not imply goods handling or access to a loading area.
Lakeside connections
If the itinerary connects with a boat, name the exact landing and scheduled service rather than just “the harbour.” Allow time to disembark and reach the car with luggage. Any preference involving a ferry or scenic road approach should be discussed in advance and confirmed as part of the itinerary, not assumed from the destination alone.
The return after an event
Agree whether the chauffeur waits, returns later or collects on a different day. A fair may finish before delegates have packed, met colleagues and retrieved bags, so base collection on the practical readiness time. Send the Zurich final address and any flight deadline early enough for the complete road journey to be reviewed.
