Your pickup in Horgen
Use a full street address or the exact hotel entrance in Horgen, Switzerland. A town name identifies the area, but the final meeting point, access instructions and luggage requirements should be included before the journey is confirmed.
Location coordinates: 47.2598°, 8.5978°. Approximate terrain elevation: 419 m. Geographic reference: GeoNames.
Lakeside and upper-town addresses
A Horgen address should identify the property itself, not simply a familiar lakeside meeting place. Ask the host for the preferred car entrance and describe any steps or luggage handling between the road and the building. If passengers are staying at different addresses, decide whether they can assemble together or need multiple pickups. The final route should be agreed before the Zurich departure.
A ferry is a separate planning decision
Horgen and Meilen are connected by a vehicle ferry, but a limousine request should not silently assume a particular crossing or schedule. If you specifically want a ferry stage, mention it in the enquiry and ask the team to review the arrangement. If you are arriving as a foot passenger, agree a road meeting point and leave time to walk there with your bags.
An early airport collection
For a morning journey from Horgen to Zurich Airport, complete packing and any accommodation checkout before the agreed pickup. Share the flight and airline arrival requirement so the collection can be reviewed with loading and road travel in mind. If the household includes children or substantial equipment, give those details in advance rather than expecting a standard sedan to accommodate every item on arrival.
