Your pickup in Lauterbrunnen
Use a full street address or the exact hotel entrance in Lauterbrunnen, Switzerland. A town name identifies the area, but the final meeting point, access instructions and luggage requirements should be included before the journey is confirmed.
Location coordinates: 46.5931°, 7.9094°. Approximate terrain elevation: 787 m. Geographic reference: GeoNames.
Valley hotel or mountain village
The municipality and holiday area include places with very different access. A hotel in Lauterbrunnen village is not the same road destination as accommodation in Wengen or Mürren. Ask the property for its recommended arrival connection and share that plan with the team. The transport confirmation should state where the limousine service ends and what remains independently arranged.
Luggage across the handover
Choose bags that your party can manage during the rail or cableway stage, or arrange assistance directly with the accommodation or operator. Tell the chauffeur team about skis, strollers and other bulky items for the road vehicle too. Do not assume that the limousine fare includes mountain tickets, baggage forwarding or assistance beyond the agreed road handover.
Returning to a flight from Zurich
For an airport departure, account for the entire chain: checkout, descent from the village, reaching the car, road travel and airport formalities. A mountain connection arriving at a stated time does not guarantee immediate readiness beside the vehicle. Confirm the pickup with the team and notify them promptly if the independent preceding stage is disrupted.
