Your pickup in Locarno
Use a full street address or the exact hotel entrance in Locarno, Switzerland. A town name identifies the area, but the final meeting point, access instructions and luggage requirements should be included before the journey is confirmed.
Location coordinates: 46.1709°, 8.7995°. Approximate terrain elevation: 206 m. Geographic reference: GeoNames.
A Ticino arrival with a clear endpoint
A holiday described as Locarno may include accommodation or activities outside the town itself. Copy the full address from the property confirmation and ask for guest unloading instructions. If the party will continue by another service, state where the limousine ends and who handles the luggage at the handover. This makes the Zurich transfer useful as one clearly defined part of the wider holiday.
Comfort and luggage on the longer journey
Explain any preferred break before the trip so it can be considered in the itinerary. Keep essentials with the passengers and list unusually large bags or equipment when choosing the vehicle. For a family, provide child-seat requirements and the complete luggage count. The team confirms the practical vehicle arrangement and the journey offer; a limousine category alone does not establish every detail of the service.
Leaving after an excursion
A last boat trip, mountain outing or lunch should be planned separately from the time the car leaves Locarno. Allow for getting back to the meeting point and retrieving bags. If a flight from Zurich follows, discuss the full sequence before committing to a final-day activity. The return confirmation should identify the actual road pickup, the Zurich endpoint and any planned stops along the way.
