Your pickup in Modena
Use a full street address or the exact hotel entrance in Modena, Italy. A town name identifies the area, but the final meeting point, access instructions and luggage requirements should be included before the journey is confirmed.
Location coordinates: 44.6478°, 10.9254°. Approximate terrain elevation: 46 m. Geographic reference: GeoNames.
A specialist visit needs named venues
A themed day around Modena can involve a museum, producer, restaurant or private appointment at different addresses. Use the names and arrival instructions on the actual reservations. Arrange tickets and visits independently, then send the timing to the transport team. A broad description such as a food tour does not establish the road itinerary, waiting requirement or the point where the chauffeur service ends.
The international limousine itinerary
For a Zurich departure, decide whether the service is one-way, a same-day return or part of an overnight visit. State the preferred comfort stops and any waiting at the destination. The offer should identify the complete agreed service and any additional arrangements that require confirmation. Travellers should check their own documents for the cross-border journey; the car booking does not provide access to restricted venues or city streets.
Returning after the final appointment
Allow time after the last Modena appointment to collect purchases, retrieve luggage and reach the road pickup. If the return destination is Zurich Airport, share the flight before setting the visit schedule. A long international road journey should be assessed as a whole rather than fitted into the remaining time after an activity. Confirm any change of pickup address with the team before departure.
