Your pickup in Nice
Use a full street address or the exact hotel entrance in Nice, France. A town name identifies the area, but the final meeting point, access instructions and luggage requirements should be included before the journey is confirmed.
Location coordinates: 43.7031°, 7.2661°. Approximate terrain elevation: 18 m. Geographic reference: GeoNames.
A deliberate long-distance plan
A Zurich–Nice journey should be organised around the party’s needs and the actual destination, not simply a city-to-city label. Agree comfort breaks and explain whether an overnight stop is appropriate. If the group includes children or travellers with specific mobility needs, describe the practical requirements in advance. The written quotation should set out the itinerary, vehicle and any additional waiting or accommodation arrangement.
The exact Riviera property
Accommodation advertised as being on the French Riviera may be outside Nice itself. Copy the address from the booking and obtain the property’s vehicle-arrival instructions. If a villa, apartment or hotel has a separate guest entrance, share that detail. A general Nice destination must not stand in for another coastal town, especially where the final approach and luggage handover need careful coordination.
Flight connections at either end
If the limousine links a flight in Nice with a destination in Zurich, send the arriving flight number and date. If the journey instead ends at ZRH for a departure, provide that flight and its required arrival margin. These two arrangements have different timing considerations. The team should review the complete road plan, breaks and loading before the traveller treats the connection as confirmed.
