Your pickup in Opfikon
Use a full street address or the exact hotel entrance in Opfikon, Switzerland. A town name identifies the area, but the final meeting point, access instructions and luggage requirements should be included before the journey is confirmed.
Location coordinates: 47.4317°, 8.5759°. Approximate terrain elevation: 438 m. Geographic reference: GeoNames.
Airport-area accommodation
A hotel near Zurich Airport is not the airport terminal. Enter its actual address and guest entrance, and decide whether you are using the property’s shuttle or an independently arranged limousine. If the party arrives on different flights, tell the team whether to wait for everyone or quote separate arrivals; do not leave that decision to the meeting point.
Meetings before check-in
An arriving traveller may go directly to an office while bags need to reach accommodation later. Describe that sequence and ask whether luggage can remain with the vehicle under the agreed service. Do not assume a direct transfer includes storage or a later delivery. The host and hotel should confirm their own reception and baggage arrangements.
The next journey to Zurich
A return may finish in Zurich city even if the outward trip began at ZRH. Give the actual endpoint, pickup time and any intermediate address. For an airport departure, complete checkout before collection and disclose large cases, child seats or other requirements; local distance does not remove the need for a suitable confirmed vehicle.
