Your pickup in Payerne
Use a full street address or the exact hotel entrance in Payerne, Switzerland. A town name identifies the area, but the final meeting point, access instructions and luggage requirements should be included before the journey is confirmed.
Location coordinates: 46.8219°, 6.9382°. Approximate terrain elevation: 455 m. Geographic reference: GeoNames.
Aviation visits by confirmed arrangement
If your Payerne itinerary involves an aircraft or aviation facility, ask the operator where a ground vehicle should collect passengers. Airside access, handling and aviation permissions are separate from the limousine request. Provide only the practical meeting information needed for transport, and confirm how changes to the expected arrival will be communicated to the team.
A town or company destination
For an ordinary Payerne appointment, use the full office, hotel or private address rather than an airfield reference. Ask the host for visitor reception instructions and send the scheduled start. If guests need a later return to Zurich, explain whether the chauffeur should wait during the visit or collect them independently after it ends.
Keeping the Zurich return coordinated
A flight, meeting or activity finishing at a stated time does not always mean passengers are immediately ready at the vehicle. Agree a realistic handover and a reachable coordinator. Include luggage, any hotel detour and the final Zurich city or airport address so the transport offer reflects the whole service rather than one approximate endpoint.
