Your pickup in Pratteln
Use a full street address or the exact hotel entrance in Pratteln, Switzerland. A town name identifies the area, but the final meeting point, access instructions and luggage requirements should be included before the journey is confirmed.
Location coordinates: 47.5207°, 7.6936°. Approximate terrain elevation: 291 m. Geographic reference: GeoNames.
A workplace arrival
Industrial or corporate sites can have separate entrances for visitors and deliveries. Ask for reception instructions and a host contact. If several travellers attend different appointments, describe the local movements and whether the chauffeur should wait. The transport offer should identify the agreed service without implying site access, delivery handling or unlimited availability during the working day.
Events with a clear return
A concert or private event may finish before the group has collected belongings and reached the car. Set the pickup around the realistic meeting time and nominate one person to coordinate the passengers. If an earlier collection is needed for part of the party, request it separately rather than expecting one vehicle to serve conflicting schedules.
Returning to Zurich with bags
If guests left suitcases at a hotel before the event, include that stop before the Zurich departure. Confirm the return passenger count and any purchases or equipment that add to the load. For ZRH travel, provide the flight details from the outset so the entire itinerary can be assessed rather than only the final road leg.
