Your pickup in Riehen
Use a full street address or the exact hotel entrance in Riehen, Switzerland. A town name identifies the area, but the final meeting point, access instructions and luggage requirements should be included before the journey is confirmed.
Location coordinates: 47.5788°, 7.6468°. Approximate terrain elevation: 280 m. Geographic reference: GeoNames.
An art visit with an agreed handover
Fondation Beyeler in Riehen may be the focus of a Zurich day trip. Check the museum’s current visitor arrangements and book entry independently where required. Tell the limousine team when you intend to arrive, then agree a suitable road drop-off and collection point. The car booking does not imply a museum partnership, priority entry or an included guided visit.
An unhurried collection after the exhibition
Allow time after an exhibition to retrieve belongings, visit the shop and bring the party together before the agreed departure. If lunch follows, give its address and expected duration as a separate stage. A waiting chauffeur should be expressly included in the quotation. Otherwise, book the return as a defined collection rather than assuming the vehicle remains available throughout the visit.
A private address rather than a landmark
Not every Riehen journey concerns a museum. For a home or business visit, supply the complete street address and the host’s preferred entrance. If a guest first needs to stop at accommodation in Basel, include that location in the itinerary. A Zurich Airport return should be reviewed with the flight details and all planned stops, not just the final Riehen pickup.
