Your pickup in Sierre
Use a full street address or the exact hotel entrance in Sierre, Switzerland. A town name identifies the area, but the final meeting point, access instructions and luggage requirements should be included before the journey is confirmed.
Location coordinates: 46.2919°, 7.5356°. Approximate terrain elevation: 528 m. Geographic reference: GeoNames.
Valley town versus an onward resort
Sierre may be used as a reference for a broader Valais stay, but the limousine needs the real final address. If your accommodation lies beyond the town, include it by name and postcode and ask the host for vehicle-arrival instructions. A road transfer to Sierre should not silently become an onward mountain journey. The quoted service needs to reflect every stage you want the chauffeur to cover.
A visit among the region’s vineyards
If the programme includes a wine producer or regional event, confirm the visit independently and provide its actual address. A producer’s office and guest reception may not be the same entrance. State the appointment time and whether the chauffeur is to wait. If purchases add boxes to the return load, mention the likely storage requirement while discussing the vehicle rather than after it arrives.
Returning with outdoor equipment
For a Zurich return after a Valais holiday, list skis, hiking equipment and large bags separately. If rented items must be returned, add that address and expected stop before the car journey is confirmed. When the final destination is Zurich Airport, share the flight at the beginning of planning. The team can then review the complete road itinerary, loading and any comfort stops together.
