Your pickup in Solothurn
Use a full street address or the exact hotel entrance in Solothurn, Switzerland. A town name identifies the area, but the final meeting point, access instructions and luggage requirements should be included before the journey is confirmed.
Location coordinates: 47.2079°, 7.5371°. Approximate terrain elevation: 440 m. Geographic reference: GeoNames.
An arrival in the historic town
For a Solothurn hotel or venue in the older centre, ask the host where a guest vehicle should unload. Give those instructions to the booking team before departure from Zurich. If walking from the car would be difficult, describe the practical requirement so it can be discussed. A limousine booking does not itself guarantee access to every street or a stop directly beside every attraction entrance.
Conference guests travelling together
For a group attending a conference, collect the Zurich pickup addresses, passenger numbers and luggage needs before requesting the vehicle. Provide the venue entrance used by delegates and the required arrival time. Event registration and access remain with the organiser. For the return, nominate one coordinator and agree whether the group leaves together or needs separate departures at different times.
A clear end to the visit
A dinner, walking tour or final meeting can change where the party finishes in Solothurn. Confirm the return meeting point and account for any stored luggage. If some guests go to Zurich city and others to ZRH, list the destinations in order and include the flight requirement. The written offer should reflect the complete requested route rather than assume that every passenger simply reverses the morning journey.
