Begin or finish in Zurich
This guide is for a private limousine itinerary with Zurich as its starting point or final destination. Choose a Zurich city address or Zurich Airport and describe the destination, any stops and the return arrangement. Share your actual schedule so the team can review the full journey and offer the right chauffeur service.
A well-coordinated arrival
Use the full hotel name in the destination field and add the guest name if the concierge will be coordinating the welcome. Confirm the preferred vehicle entrance directly with the property. A transfer booking does not include a room reservation.
A city itinerary
If your stay includes restaurant visits or meetings, send the addresses and times together. Choose a one-way transfer for a single journey, or request an hourly arrangement when the chauffeur needs to remain available.
Departure from the hotel
Share the return flight and the pickup location agreed with the concierge. Ensure the party and luggage are ready at the confirmed time. Any additional stops should be included in the offer.
Independent chauffeur service. No partnership with this hotel is implied.
