Include your flight number, arrival date and luggage count. Share the guest name when appropriate and the hotel entrance instructions. The chauffeur arrangement is separate from your accommodation booking.
Business travel from the hotel
Provide meeting addresses and arrival times in one ordered itinerary. If the vehicle should wait between appointments, request an hourly service. A one-way transfer does not automatically include waiting or luggage storage.
Returning to the airport
Use your confirmed flight details to discuss the hotel pickup. If you will collect another passenger or make a stop, include that address before the transfer is quoted.
