Your Zurich connection
Start from your Zurich hotel, home, office or Zurich Airport, or arrange the reverse journey from Interlaken to Zurich. Give the exact addresses for both ends. For an airport collection, include the flight; for a city pickup, use the guest entrance and your preferred collection time. A day return with a waiting chauffeur and a separate one-way return require different arrangements, so specify which you want.
Choose the precise arrival point
Interlaken Ost, Interlaken West, a lakeside property and a hotel outside the centre are different destinations. If you are continuing by train, share the station and departure you intend to use. The team can discuss a sensible pickup plan without guaranteeing an unverified connection.
Travel with a family
Include children's ages, the number of child seats requested and any pushchair or oversized luggage. Tell the team if your group wants a stop during the drive. A family itinerary works best when the vehicle and pauses are considered together.
Continue into the mountains
A stay in Interlaken can include excursions to Grindelwald or the Lauterbrunnen valley. Name each destination rather than requesting a general mountain tour. Mountain railways, attraction tickets and local transfers are separate unless the written offer explicitly includes them.
