Your Zurich connection

Start from your Zurich hotel, home, office or Zurich Airport, or arrange the reverse journey from St. Moritz to Zurich. Give the exact addresses for both ends. For an airport collection, include the flight; for a city pickup, use the guest entrance and your preferred collection time. A day return with a waiting chauffeur and a separate one-way return require different arrangements, so specify which you want.

Space for a winter stay

Ski bags, boots, winter suitcases and a pushchair change the amount of space your group needs. List these separately in your request. A vehicle's passenger capacity is not a promise that every combination of luggage and equipment will fit.

Your hotel and your arrival

Provide the hotel or chalet address, a reachable mobile number and any arrival instructions supplied by the property. If you have an evening reservation, mention it before accepting the journey plan. Weather and road conditions can affect a mountain transfer, so a tight connection should not be assumed.

A chauffeur during your stay

Hotel-to-restaurant trips and full-day schedules are different services from a one-way airport transfer. Include each stop, anticipated waiting time and the last collection. If the programme changes, ask the dispatcher to confirm the revised arrangement.
