Your Zurich connection
Start from your Zurich hotel, home, office or Zurich Airport, or arrange the reverse journey from Lucerne to Zurich. Give the exact addresses for both ends. For an airport collection, include the flight; for a city pickup, use the guest entrance and your preferred collection time. A day return with a waiting chauffeur and a separate one-way return require different arrangements, so specify which you want.
Lakeside and old-town arrivals
Lucerne accommodation can place you beside the lake or among the narrow streets of the historic centre. Send the exact property address and ask the hotel which entrance accepts arriving vehicles. A luggage drop-off and the beginning of a walking visit may be different points.
Mountains beyond the city
If your plans include Pilatus or Rigi, distinguish the road transfer from the mountain journey. A chauffeur request should name the relevant station or departure point. Tickets, opening times and mountain operations need separate arrangements; do not assume they are included in the car service.
