Your Zurich connection
Start from your Zurich hotel, home, office or Zurich Airport, or arrange the reverse journey from Basel to Zurich. Give the exact addresses for both ends. For an airport collection, include the flight; for a city pickup, use the guest entrance and your preferred collection time. A day return with a waiting chauffeur and a separate one-way return require different arrangements, so specify which you want.
Airport pickup details
When arriving at EuroAirport, confirm the meeting instructions and the exit you will use. Include the flight number and a reachable contact. If your journey begins at Zurich Airport instead, make that explicit in the request.
Fairs and exhibitions
For a fair visit, name the venue entrance and the time you need to arrive. Exhibition days can involve changed access or collection arrangements. Send instructions from your organiser and discuss the return pickup before the event ends.
Hotels and river journeys
If you are joining a river cruise, give the ship name and the confirmed embarkation location. A generic city drop-off may be far from the right landing point. Ask the cruise operator for the latest arrival instructions before finalising your transfer.
