What Is Always Included
Every booking — whether a single airport run or a full day of chauffeur hire — covers the following as standard:

- Road tolls and motorway vignette costs
- Meet & greet at airports: your chauffeur waits in the arrivals hall holding a name sign
- Flight tracking: we monitor your flight in real time and adjust the pickup time automatically
- 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time at the airport after your flight lands

- Night-time journeys: no surcharge; rates are the same at 03:00 as at 15:00

A note on alpine and resort destinations: routes to Davos, St. Moritz, and Zermatt involve mountain passes or valley roads that require experienced drivers and, in winter, winter-grade tyres as a matter of course. All BLACKTRANSFER vehicles are equipped for Swiss alpine conditions year-round. Journey times vary significantly by season — the Zurich–St. Moritz run, for example, typically takes between two hours twenty minutes and three hours depending on traffic on the A3/A13 and conditions over the Julier Pass or through the San Bernardino tunnel. Hourly Chauffeur Hire
